Yasser B. Abulhasan, MBChB, FRCPC, FNCS is the Chair of the Neurocritical Care-MENA Chapter of IPACCMS. He is an Anesthesiologist, Neuroanesthesiologist, and Neurointensivist at Kuwait University and Ibn Sina Hospital, Kuwait. He served as a member of the Neurocritical Care Society (NCS) Board of Directors from 2018 to 2024.
