Dr. Hanan Al-Nuqaidan is currently working as the Head of the Studies and Information Office in the Nursing Services Administration at the Ministry of Health (M.O.H.), Kuwait. She completed her Ph.D. in Nursing from The University of Jordan in 2016, achieving an Excellent grade with a GPA of 3.69. She was the first Kuwaiti to earn a Ph.D. from the University of Jordan. Prior to this, she obtained her Master’s in Nursing Science with a specialization in Pediatric Nursing from Alexandria University in 2009, becoming the first Kuwaiti who completed a postgraduate degree from Alexandria University in this field. Dr. Al-Nuqaidan began her career in 2000 at the Maternity Hospital in Kuwait, where she worked in various nursing roles, including staff nurse, Head Nurse and Assistant Director of Nursing. She has played a key role in organizing international nursing conferences in 2024, contributing to numerous research publications and also dedicated to mentoring healthcare professionals in research across Kuwait. In addition, she actively participates in various committees within the M.O.H. and has conducted multiple workshops and training programs in the field of nursing.
